Women’s Ministries

In this Eucharistic Year of Mission, buoyed by the knowledge and love of Jesus, we are sent forth to walk with others as spiritual companions and serve those in need.

We invite all women of the parish to attend a beautiful night of prayer and reflection to fill our hearts with hope for the coming of Jesus at Christmas. We welcome our pastor, Father Sean Dooley as our speaker! A catered dinner will be served. Sign up to be a table hostess to provide linens, decorations, and place settings for your table as you invite women to join you and leave a few spots open for guests. Come as a guest and be welcomed at one of the many decorated tables. Cost is $15 per person. Register with the button at the top of this page.  Registration must be completed and paid by 11/25 (due to catering needs and the Thanksgiving holiday there can be no late registrations). If you are hosting a table, please have your guests register as well.

*Our dinner menu should accommodate all dietary needs, but if there is a serious allergy or issue, please contact Jennifer at jrice@104.247.72.45/~stbrendans to alert us to the need.

HOLIDAY DESSERT BASKET

A parish-based outreach to women in special times of motherhood. It is scripturally grounded in the relationship between the Blessed Virgin Mary and her cousin Elizabeth. The purpose of the ministry is to affirm, support, encourage, and assist women in response to their needs during the childbearing years. Members meet to discuss spiritual and educational topics and share information on childbirth, infertility, infant loss and parenting skills. Playgroups are held on the first and third Wednesdays at 9:45 AM in the POD nursery and Davidson Room.
